The Cooling Company provides warranties for workmanship for the period of 1 year, and new parts have a warranty of 1 year through the manufacturers.
Our Refrigeration mechanics are all trade-qualified mechanics with Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Licence holders. We are a licenced member of the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC). The ARC administers refrigerant handling licences and refrigerant trading authorisations on behalf of the Australian Government, to professionals in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. The ARC licence scheme is vital to achieving a better quality environment in Australia.
